On my links, right click on each link and a new page of rapidshare will open. use the free user button and download. Then join 001, 002 etc with hj split (freeware) http://www.freebyte.com/hjsplit/.
If you want to have automatic downloads use rapget (freeware) http://www.rapget.com/en/index.html, you just enter the links and it will download over a period. I hope this short answer helps

when i hit the "save" key, the file type shows up as .001 document and my video download attempts are stopped...
