I'm no expert, lexxee, but basically if the file is over 100mb long you split it up with something like HJ-Split then upload the movie or the parts on a site like Rapidshare. You can then copy the links from that site to the message boxes here so people can click on them to download.

Anybody more expert than me, please give lexxee the extra help he needs. Looks like he's got some good moves.
